Local business

I'm a local business owner. I don't have my benefits paid for by Uncle Sam, government agency, or large company. Lord knows the government and big business want to put us out of business. I try to buy everything local I can get. I own a Lexus LS-430 and just had our local glass company tint my windows at my business, some at my house, and of course my Lexus in a week. I'm frustrated that the passenger side door would not work as far as the lock and door handle. I told them about this and they say they were busy and it would be a few days, I understand that but they never called back. So this morning I pulled the door panel and found they had not even hooked it up, in addition he told me the actuator for the door was bad (it wasn't). Then I had too large windows on the storefront tinted because of the sun. One has bubbles in it and I was told give it a few days, well it's been two weeks and no follow up on their part. The aggravating thing is I know these people personally.

Call your local news station & tell them about him. He'll get off his ass then.. That's what they do here and shit gets done.

Just another example of "if you can't do it yourself you're $@&!ed"

Sad they will be out of buissness and will wonder why. That is how I found Ted and Keith to do my engine. I just was not happy with the work I was getting local. I agree though I try to shop local first.

X2 I recommended Bob to my ex sister in law and he hooked her up with rave reviews. If the boss doesn't care, neither do the employees!

I agree, but if you have a group of people working for you that love what they do 90% of the time you will have just as good a job as if the owner had touched it there self.... have pride in what you do and others will too.

I wont get into the HVAC nightmare I just went thru in one of my buildings..........

Some of the quality of work is shameful that these people want top dollar for.
