I use Street and Performance in Mena Arkansas. If you use them make sure you do not let them do any repair work or welding, only coating. The first set I took over there I let them weld on them and it ran the cost way up. I just had them blast and re-coat one hedder and it was only $75.00 and it looks great. Call over there and talk to Richard.

Re: Header coating ?
I guess ... it really depends upon your personal reason FOR the header coating. is it mainly for looks, or rust preventative or an actual heat barrier to greatly reduce the under-hood temp.
1. Just about any source for decent looks...
2. Find a coating company who also does the INSIDE of the tubes for something anti-rust.
3. "Swain Tech", far and away has the best coating for a heat barrier with their "White Lightning" coating; really neat but, not exactly pretty.

My guy is in Auburndale, FL. Competition Coatings...Bill does beautiful ceramic coating, inside and out. Doesn't like to do inside if the headers have been run, but new ones....

Nitroplate in Nashville. One of our customers at the shop has used them before and was well satisfied.

I had heard that, but I think if a man has his business license he could get some coated?

I'm sure he could too, but he better be ready to order at least 200-2,000 sets. When I talked to the manager it sounded like they only do work for automotive manufacturers now. i asked him if I could send my headers to the "Fab Shop" and have them coated and replied no.

That is correct. He is contracted and doesn't do any work for individuals.

I had some Fox mid-length 460 headers coated years ago by Jet Hot, inside and outside.
