Oil filter adapter

What will I need for a oil filter adapter for my 95 bronco? Can I get away with a factory adapter or will I need a remote filter adapter



cutting the crossmember is a bad idea (been down this bad road)
small block crossmembers is different then the 460/diesel crossmember so the factory adapter will not work



the adapter pictured above might work but I am thinking it will have clearence issues as well

somebody that has installed the above on a 460 going into a small block Fseries 80-96 crossmember would be able to confirm one way or the other
