Radio Flyer Ford Wagon

Does anyone know anything about these. I had one offered to me and I never heard of one. The guy said Ford gave them away in the early 70's when you bought a Station Wagon. Said his dad got it in 71, it has wood sideboards on it that say Ford and on the front it says the only wagon that outsells Ford. Just wondering if anyone knew of this.

I wish I knew...I've wondered for over a decade why Ford does not have the 'one cent wagon' sale any more.

Yes, Ford did give those away back in the early 70's. I had actually had one. Have worked at Ford dealerships since 1969. Your lucky to actually find one. I still have one of the old Ford Doggy piggy banks.
