Just a wait and see with crawfish in June. We've had trouble getting them to last the last few years even when packed on tons of ice. Too many end up dead so we're going to do jambalaya this year.

I wondered about that. We usually get them that morning and cook them that afternoon. You need to just fly up there. lol

This post made me think about the bash which I havent been to in a few years. How many from Michigan plan on going? The date will be cooler than the upper 90's that I remember.
