Ok Dad just picked up a new truck to tow his fifth wheel

2017 Dodge Dually 6.7 cummins auto

What the hot ticket for a Stage 1 kit? Programmer? Pipe? Etc?

Looking for economy and ability to crank it up a little when towing.

It won't need anything to tow. Just hook it up and go.

This. Have him hook up to his trailer with an old 6.5 Chevy then hook up to the 6.7 Dodge, that'll be enough he won't feel he'll need anymore.

The new trucks don't seem to get hopped up to tow. They seem to finally have enough power for once...

385 hspr and 800 or 900 lb-ft of torque (depending on transmission) shouldn't need hopping up. Probably needs traction aids. lol

Just my Experience here............. New Ordered,,2001 Cummings, put in a power puck program-er = 60hp at the tires, 150/160 on the torque side. 4'' Exh, Triple disc Suncost conv and there valve body. Truck was ordered with auto and 4:10's. Pull's like a fright train. (23' goose neck) And no were close to the power his 6.7 has...
My point is other than the Exhaust, Like was said, I'll bet he wont have to touch it.
