Oil Leak Empty Oil Leak

We have been leaking oil somewhere from the rear of the block and cannot seem to find the source. Now we find the top two bolts (bell housing to block) missing. We are running a C4 tranny behind the 429. Is there a possibility that the bolt holes at this location on the block run open to the valley area where oil could pass through?

Just one of them goes through to the lifter valley.
