Memorial Race will be Friday 8-Saturday 9, June,2018

T and T Friday the 8th Race Saturday the 9th. $20 T and T Friday, $50 Race Saturday or $60 for the weekend. $10 spectator each day. More info and a flyer to come. Just wanted to get the dates and general info out there.

The Breckinridge is rough but after you run the girl in the white dress off that carry's a butcher knife it's all good.Then you will get a good nights sleep.

I don’t know if there is an appropriate place to say Thanks on this forum??? I’ll do so here.
First i would like to Thank Wes Littrel And his bunch for commrodery, all his crowd are friendly smiling people,even when he doesn’t remember you,,,,the great food and every type of meat seasoning. I had some of all. You really go all out with all your volunteer help to feed the whole bunch of us. This was my second year, I’m still a new guy, but it’s really great to meet people who are just overboard friendly and willing to help.
Thanks in large part to Kim Smiley,The trick White Maverick guy, I was able to get my new old Muliticolored 2000 Mustang to the race and had a blast .We made improvements all weekend especially Friday but failed to get it all together Saturday......We had fun rolling around in the dirt in the pits and updating those who came to check on our progress. Some just stood and stared or shook there heads ,maybe laughed and some just kept walking. The group next to us chose not to speak at all
So Thanks Wes, Thanks Kim, Thanks to all who loaned us stuff,and the advice. A Super Special Thanks to the track and the crew for a smooth weekend.
We will be ready next year....hopefully with 2 big block Fords from Kim’s shop. This Mustang was a beautiful 1988 Tube chassis TurboCoupe car 18 months ago.The heart of the car is still there,just new skin and lots of effort directed by a man dedicated to this sport and this group. Long story,just trying to get this 18 year old heap and it’s 71 year old owner moving forward...He’ll , Kim towed it there and drove it. Thanks very much Kim.

Roger, well spoken. I didn't get a chance to come by the pit but ran into you and Smiley in the parts store across the street. I saw the car run a few times as well. Glad you came this year and make sure kim brings that Maverick next year.
