A429 valve spring package
Does anyone remember what the dual spring package was on the old A429 heads. I remember finding it one time but can’t find it now. I removed them as soon as I got the heads for roller springs and now I’m going back to them and was needing the specs. If I remember correctly they were close to a comp 924.

FRPP number was M-6513-A351 which was vended from Crane - #99893 Crane number ... many others have a copy of that spring; mainly because it was such a good all around spring.
I buy the "Competition Products" copy pn-98445 valve springs.

For what it may be worth, it looks like a Company called Renegade reused the above Crane 99893-16 part number and they are $78 bucks new a set. Same spec's as the A-351's.
Howards Camshafts has the Second part number Randy, mentioned, 98445, and a set is going for $168.85 on Fleebay, same for the Renegade price above.

Re: A429 valve spring package
This one popped up on the feed because I looked at them.
Anyway it's the Howards 98445 springs retainers and keepers for $208. They also have just the springs for 10 dollars less, then I had mentioned before, Both at Jegs.

^ They are linked up through Amazon that way also. They list them (Springs Only) for $151.95 the Amazon route.
I just don't like at all sending any money the A-Ma-Zon way as To Big Too Fail seems to always come out of my/our pockets. It's hard not to price shop nowadays though with the Crazy Prices. If/When they go Union we will see Why Moreso.
