Tech session/ hang out/ eat. February 17-18

I wanted to put it out there. I’m putting together a get together/tech session at my house at 200 Fitzgerald Rd Leasburg Mo 65535. I had mentioned this at the race this year. The dates will be February Saturday and Sunday 17-18. I will also be around all day Friday if anyone wants to come early. Dave McLain has offered to talk and we can make a road trip to his place and check out his cam grinder in action. He also has a flowbench and can sonic check blocks. I just spoke with Keith Fulp and he said he will be coming. He’s going to bring some of his stuff and some Danny Bee products.
I had mentioned it to Randy Malik and he sounded like he was interested in coming. He is always a wealth of information. Mike Bowery with Eliminator has confirmed that he will be coming. He will be bringing some of his products. His sportsman block should be ready at that time. Charlie Evans said he might be able to make the trip also. Hopefully these guys can come. If anyone else wants to speak, that would be great. If others step up I will edit the post to include them. Another friend of mine said he would be able to come Sunday if people were interested. He owns PEM driveline shop. He does every  part of 9” rearends. He has his own line of cases, fabbed housings and also driveshafts. I have plenty of room for everyone. I have 2700 sq ft heated garage with a restroom. There’s going to be food. I will grill and probably fry some stuff. I thought it would be nice to get together with like minded friends and just talk, hang out, learn, eat and have a good time. If anyone wants to bring a cam that’s damaged, Dave can look at it and see if it’s able to be repaired. Could save you some money on buying a new one. If you have a block that you want to know how much it can be bored, it can be checked. Maybe check some heads out also. Just have to see what time we have. Go ahead and post on here if you plan on attending and how many in your party. That way I know how much food to get. If you have chairs and would bring them, it would be helpful. I have some but more is better. There are hotels in Sullivan and Cuba Mo that are within 10-12 miles from me. This is a pretty decent one here. Also a link to air b and b cabins. He has three nice cabins less than 8 miles and has lodging available for that weekend
