Looking for a mild hyd cam

Kinda looking for a mild hyd. cam somthing in the upper 220 intake to lower to mid 230 exahust used is fine and prefered if it has the lifters with it.

Shane, I will look at the one I have in the cabinet,I think it has the spec sheet w/it. If I don't get back w/you in a few days,remind me because i've forgotten

what you need is these pistons I have to go with your 4.3 crank..................that will make that cam smaller...............

Thanks guys I was wanting to put my old cougar back to something I could drive on the street more and was thinking of going back to a windsor motor, but it has and is set up for the big block so I may as well use it .
