aluminum head question

Can I use the stock head bolts on aluminum heads if not using nitrous & also the heads I bought are the a429 cobra jets with roller springs can I use those springs with a flat tappet non roller cam? Maybe stupid question but I do not know the answer.

Yes on the bolts, no on the springs.

Need to get hardened washers to use the factory head bolts, if the heads are not equiped with steel inserts.

x2 on the springs the roller stuff will kill a flat tappet pretty quick, get the springs to match the cam you have.
