Hey guys, looks like you have a great site here. My name is Aaron and I live and work in NW Indiana. I like fast and exotic fords and anything fast. I am mostly into drag racing and bikes. I've had a few BBF's. I had a 71 mustang convertable with mach 1 trim and a built 460 (when I was 18) that was fun. Currently I'm building a Blown Boss 9 for a 70 mach1 I'm restoring. The build process has been kind of slow because most boss specific parts have had to be custom made. How I got the B9 is quite a story but for now I'll just say it was that once in a lifetime barnfind. Heres a link to some of my pics.

Its a lot further along than the pics show, they are kind of old and I just haven't taken any pictures recently. Block is a C9AE service replacement (true B9), Heads are DOAE, Has B9 crank had to be cut .010 rods and .020 mains due to rust damage, Ordered custom teflon skirt pistons from diamond racing .060 (again due to rust damage), comp solid roller cam, comp springs and Ti retainers, Custom made pushrods from trend performance, Finned timing cover with fuel pump drive ( I think its an old nicson marine piece), Custom supercharger hub and damper ordered from ATI, ARP main studs. Now I'm waiting on the hub assembly to come in so I can get my crank balanced. Blower and intake are BDS and its an 8-71.

So you found it already blown? That's too cool, I bet there's a very cool story behind that engine (like you were saying). By the way, why does the one have a tunnel ram? Or are they seperate engines all together?

Welcome to the site.

It had the tunnel ram and it was stuffed in a straight axled 69 fastback mustang when I got it. Since then I sold the 69 body to my brother ( he's the skinny younger guy in one of the pics) and bought the blower setup.
I've always wanted a blower car ever since I was a little kid so I thought what could be cooler to have than a blown boss.
