It looks like this build is going to be put on hold for a while or until work picks back up just had another cut in pay but atlest I still have a job and I am thankful for that.Got a few things already bought for it I can do to it and than it will be at a stand still.

That sucks! Sorry to hear that.
Is there much more fab work to do? That stuff is mostly labor anyway!

Yes I got some more fab work to do going to finish the steering and headers. I already have the primer and paint for the cage and frame when i finish the steering and headers.I still can do some of the sheet metal work for the insides as I can get that from work.Just wanted to get the trans built and the seats and belts bought this year and use tax money to finish the rearend and 4 link.I was wanting to have it readty next year when they open but thats ok it want kill me to wieght alittle longer wieghted this long.

Hopefully what ever you do will pick up soon. The economy SEEMS to be getting a little better....
Even if you can get the body into primer and run it like that, I've seen more and more of that lately. Makes it more of a sleeper too!!

Re: Jim's Little 460 AND 2000 RANGER
Thanks guys just order a tail pipe expander to make the header alittle easier to build should have it by thur. think I am going to order a 2" J or a S bend the first pipe on the driver side is going to be the hardest one to build because of the steering and shock tower where the a arm may have to cut the top of the shock bolt off

Re: Jim's Little 460 AND 2000 RANGER
did alittle work to it made a trans crossmember to help the motor from shifting I know they say don't run a trans mount with motor and mid plates I made as a soft mount not holding any down pressure just to keep it from moving farward and backwards I will post some pics when I finish making the dash bars to hold the dash and steering wheel so we can pull the cab off to finish welding the cage.
