Bluegrass Speedway dirt track?

Typical bracket 1/8th mile track in the "middle of nowhere".

I went up there in 1997 and won a footbrake race,pretty nice place. It was new then.

That's my home track. It's right on I-64 at exit 123. Track hooks great, paved pits, nice little track IMO. Local racer Chris Butcher has been managing it for a couple years and has made it a fun place to race.

It's a good track. And HOOKS!

I went there one time about 3 yrs ago,and got shookered pretty good.Kind of a BS deal.

Been there once a while back, need to try it again now that Chris is the Manager.

You need to check his 2011 race schedule, he has it set up nice, once a month he is seperating door cars, and moterized sticks, for first three rounds, thn once a month he is seperating according to e.t., I think Chris is on to something, and Rick when you were there different folks was running the show, I plan on going a couple times a month, oh yea, purse is guaranteed.

I may do the same at BG or MP Dragway, not sure yet.

Come on down Harold and Damon! We could use some more Fords there. I don't care so much about separating cars and dragsters and ET's. I'll line up with those high dollar dragsters all day.

Yeah, Rick Owingsville. You apparently got screwed there by Barker one time. At least that what I remember you telling me before. Butcher is running the show now, and the track is best hooking track consistently that I visit. They are working hard to get things right. There are Ford guys from Peebles area that run there every week. You ought to come down and give 'em a chance to mess you over again this Summer.

I know those guys...Probably gonna hook up with them a lot this year down there. C ya in April

We may hit a couple of their heads-up races this year. I ran there before about 10 years ago. Nice little track.
