demon e85 conversion

is there a kit to convert a demon carb to e85

They had alcohol conversion kits for the demons. That should get you much closer for an e85 setup. BG is out of business so get one before they get scarce.

According to Quick Fuels, the boosters are slightly difference for gas, E85, and methanol. I am not familiar with Demon...if the inside is anodised aluminum, you might start by just increasing the jets. If not anodised, you will need to run the carb dry if it going to sit (weekend to weekend)...just like in the old days with methanol. My first attempt was not anodised. I drove it nearly everyday for most of the summer before I found snot growing in the fuel bowls. No damage to anything except the drivability. Just jelly floating around in the bowls.

best option with BG going out of business..... Sell it and Get a Quick Fuel Holley Based E85 carb (or other brand if you have a preferance).......

why not get the e-85 conversion kit from qft and set it up. only mod to main body would be to increase size of boosters, and change the air bleeds

The BG Dominator stuff has some unique parts.
