cams and pushrods

I have a 460 engine code dive it was recentlly board out and heads worked they ordered me the engine kit iam putting it together but the heads have non adjustable rocker arms and i ordered the kit with a cam that is a little bigger than a rv cam can i still use the stock springs and pushrods............DUR@.050"...............
