looks like someone converted a regular victor over for EFI and for some reason welded some sheet aluminum in to fill in between the runners. welded the carb pad area for a 460 truck throttle body? it may have towed something to a track but nothing nascar about it.

It used to be a good unrare victor, its a pile of scrap now..............
