If I want to reduce the shock to the tires do I raise them or lower them?

Thanks Tore

you can lower them but it wont help much.shocks are the best way to slow the hit.

To calm the initial hit down some first try adjusting rear shock extension valving tighter & tighter each pass. Then if you end up running out of shock adjustment (finally reach at/close to full-tight) but the car still needs a calmer hit, that's when you try moving the ladder bar down a hole. At this point you also back the shock valving back down some (looser) & start the shock testing over again in the new lower front hole.
