One of our members lost his Dad this morning. Ward Pierce (Dr's Wife Racing) lost his dad Wayne this morning. He was at home as he wished and surrounded by family.

Prayer for the family would be appreciated.

I have not been around much recently.Spent most of my time with my famly.We kept him at home as he wanted it.Thanks for the kind words,prayers and support.The funeral will be tomorrow at 1.00 Please remember us then. I consider my self lucky to have been blessed with good parents and to have kept them for as long as I have. He is responsable for this sickness that have "Racing Fever" The first thee cars I rember us having was a Starliner with a 390 with 3x2's a 66 Fairlane 289 4 speed and 69 torino fast back with a 428 cobra jet.
Laying him to rest is the hardest thing I have ever done.

Ward; we are all so sorry for your loss. Your family, your mom and dad meant so much to all of us. Good Lord willing we will see you guys sometime tomorrow in Jasper, if there is anything that you all need please let us know. We know what it is like to lose a Dad that you are really close to as you and I were to our Dad's. We will remember your family tonight at Prayer meeting time.
