100' shootout
This is what goes down on a Saturday afternoon to raise money to get the new dragstrip going in Rimbey AB. My mudracer was down so I went out and played a little in early July ! LOL

Those 100' can be a blast. Sweet truck btw, I love those 70's F150's.
Here is my Pinto in Camrose many years ago. Lethbridge street machine weekend was some of the most fun I ever had. The next pass I blew the side gear apart in my welded up 8".

There used to only be 2 strips in all of Alberta so when the street machine weekend took off the 100' was all that was feasible as the nearest track was several hours away. The cost is relatively low and every small town can have one which helped their popularity. It is actually pretty fun for the average street guy that probably never goes to the track.
