Then, yes they do, or you can call Randy Malik and get a set of specific rockers that are made for the D3 heads. 586 909 1591

Re: Roller rockers
For d3's you need to machine the pedistals and re-drill/tap for the studs. Crane sells a kit, but it uses the small threads into the head and are not really strong enough for any amount of abuse. If it's a stocker type deal, you can get away with that conversion kit and run the roller rockers.
Another option is there are a few places you can get the roller rockers for the studs you have now and call it good, like Schmitty said. But again, I wouldn't want to push it on much more than a mild motor.

Re: Roller rockers
Lots of companies sell roller rocker arms for PEDESTAL mount heads.
The special rockers I have made for sale are ADJUSTABLE at the pushrod cup for solid type lifters which need to adjust lash. If a hydraulic lifter camshaft is used then NON-adjustable, pedestal mount, roller rockers are available from many sources
Personally, for those NON-adjustable, pedestal mount, roller rocker applications, I use those from FRPP which will withstand a lot of abuse.
