See im using all red alto's or B-W smooth frictions in both direct & forward drums now...Just having a hard time finding .060 steels thats not coated..Kolene makes them but most are blasting them before using them..I dont want to pay for the kolens ' the have to blast them...Broader has them but have to buy alot to get a discount...thats the regular .060 steels im talking about...Im running 6 in the forward now and 7 in the direct...Let me know what you have...thanks

If i build the c4 any better all the chevy boys will quit drag racing....That little C4 gets them on the hole-shot and 60ft everytime.....

I wont get into the c4 vs glide debate lol. I wont be back home until late tomorrow so I will look then, I may have some of both.
I will say a Kolene treated steel will take way more heat before warping than a regular tumbled steel, grip is about the same, I just hit mine with a scotchbrite pad to get some of the black junk off. I always used the smooth BW tans in the fwd and the grooved Alto reds in the direct.
Don't forget the teflon pump rings...................

Sorrry man, I didnt find any, I meant to post it up but I've been sidetracked all week trying to get stuff ready for the weekend. JPT might have some, but they are high as hell.

Yeah' hutch said he was gona check and see if he could find a source that would have a good price on some .060 steels...Could always take the stock ones to a good machine shop...
