mustang mini tubbed fox

1.80 gear glide

bbf gonna use spray but have no idea to use a 28x10.5 stiff on a 12 inch rim or go 29.5x10.5 stiff , 29x10.5 w hoosier , i even have a pair of 315/60 radials

i guess my options are endless but my rear end is suppose to be setup next week and need to make a choice on my tire and then the correct gearing to go along with it

wanna be 6800 to 7000rpm thru the traps

if you can use any tires use the largest slick you can get under it.

dont screw with the 315 radial ? assuming consistency wont be there ...prob use a 29x10.5w hoosier

yea stay a way from the radials when doing index racing.are you going with a 4 link or stock suspension?like jon said use the bigest tire for consistance.look at the genral section at the blue oval wins thread that bird probably has 32-33 tall x 12-14 in tire and is probably has consistant 0-60 foot times with in a few tenthousands.

Those are 16 x 33 Goodyears, had a 1.12 60 ft. in the semi's with the restrictor plate to slow it down to the index! Very Happy
