Anyone else have problems with the front diff smashing the oil filter? I have no suspension lift. I never noticed it being that close.. I only noticed it when I was pulling the engine out. Also can I run the 1.5" lift front coils without changing anything else?

I believe there is a "short" filter that can be used, because without a lift or some type of taller bump stop, damage is going to happen if you play in the rough stuff. Yes I believe you can run a 1.5" lift spring without much trouble. You will need to have it checked by an alignment shop, and to get proper tire geometry, they will use some offset bushings to get the proper camber on the tires. Cool

Rancho RS6418 is a nice spring to run, it raises the front about 1.5-2 inches and no drop brackets needed.
