new building is ordered

Ordered new building last week. Can't wait for it to be complete. Project list is getting bigger. Glad people are loyal and don't mind waiting a little. Have to disinfect shop after one. Got a 69 camaro to work on. Chevy cooties

42x72x16. Would have liked bigger. Had to get a variance for this size and all could afford.

Im jealous in my develoment they only allow you a 20x20 even tho i ended up with a 24x24x10 because i went around and measured the ones that were 24x24 and made a stink about it so they said FINE then a 24x24 it is but i wanted bigger than that.

I wanted 4000 s/f. This will have a 25x28 paint booth. Building second floor for storage and man cave. Input on paint booth size would be appreciated. The 28 side includes a prep area. Never had a booth

Dave, what kind of booth were you thinking of getting, are you looking at new or used? I don't know what your budget is but there are some good deals to be had on used booths,keep an eye out on Craigslist. Just remember to be a boss to yourself. I tried it for 3 years but kept giving myself the day off whenever I wanted one, had to get areal job again.

Already told myself that the forty hours a week is over. Going to do this andI my normal job for five years then hopefully this one only. Hopefully have kids and a family I won't let myself take to many days off. I catch myself doing it at current job. I hate everything about it though

Thanks Al. Just reread my post. It should say. Hopefully since I have kids and family I will see them more with this job being at home. Plan on having alot of family suppers in shop.

Make the upstares a house then you can live at the shop and have lots of suppers at the shop
