The hydrogen is created at a constant rate and fed directly to the engine, the way mine is hooked up the hydrogen is basically replacing outside atmosphere via vacuum.

30% increase in mileage, might get me in double figures When you start producing them put my name on the list to buy one of those 'puppys'

Re: Just built an HHO cell and gonna try it out tomorrow.
I will be producing these as a kit with brackets wiring kit and a revised cell with sight glass and a fill and drain for $150+shipping. I am gonna go to the post office and see if they have a flat rate box that will fit them well, but I imagine shipping will be ~$15-$20.I will have a discount for those who order more than one cell kit. I also plan on working on a large cell ~12"x10"x6" with very large 10"x8" plates. I am gonna need to do some studying on building with acrylic to make that.

Would like to know the % of mileage increase of the different sizes on a 460 and the approximate weight of the vehicle you test it in
This is pretty neat schit

My testing was on a 1996 Chevy C2500 with a 79 carbed 350/turbo350 3.73 gears 31 inch tires 5000 lbs with me and various tools in it. I wanted to test with 2 or 3 cells but haven't yet. truck normally get 13-15 mpg but with the hydrogen was pushing close to 19.
It needs plugs due to some carb issues that it had so it could get more mpg I believe.

I'll be happy to test for you in a 2001 5.4 excursion that will be going to Pennsylvania on the 15th. It generally gets 13-14 unloaded I would give up a nut to see 17-18.

Your first on the list already. My truck is carbed so it will be interesting to see what it will do on an injected engine.

On Injected Motors you have to use a chip to reprogram the computer to see a rich condition. Other wise the O2 sencer see a lean reading and will put more fuel to the engine. just what I read in the internet .

Some will and some won't it also makes a big difference where you introduce the hydrogen at some need to be before the massair unit and some in the intake tubing aft of the MAM and yet some will run great directly into a manifold vacuum. This will be up to the end user to determine.
On a carbed deal manifold vacuum seems to work great.

Seems like a pretty good start!

Re: Just built an HHO cell and gonna try it out tomorrow.
Been doing some searching trying to find better ways to build these things and I have found a great over the shelf housing that costs about the same as the PVC housings I was gonna build, I have also found a place to get the stainless plates cut for a decent price.
I am currently building a 2 cell unit for my personal truck with the goal of running it 100% on HHO. I am working on being able to have these for sale ASAP.

The current one is drawing 17.5 amps with 1/2 tbs of baking soda/gallon water. It uses alot of water with the catalyst though about 1 quart of water for every hour of driving with no catalyst a quart will last ~5 hours.

My new design
The cell shown has 8 alternating 2x4" plates 1/4" apart and puts out almost a steady stream of hydrogen through my bubbler with catalyst. I have not done a test to see exactly how many liters per minute. I have watched couple hundered videos of HHO cells and have not seen this kind of output from a single cell yet not even from a dry cell.
I find it hard to believe I am bettering all of the single cell outputs of any of the videos on youtube having only been experimenting for a month, so sure they are holding back or just ripping people off.
I have been doing alot of research though and according to the info I have found the closer the plates, the less the resistance, the less amperage to produce the same quantity of HHO and the more surface area the higher the quantity as well. The version I will be selling will have 12 alternating 2x6" plates spaced 1/8" apart.

Proof is in the pudding!
12 2x6" plates 1/8" apart with only 8.6 amp draw!!!

I am working on setting my truck up with 2 of these cells in order to run completely on HHO and zero fuel. Hope to have that done this week.

Re: Just built an HHO cell and gonna try it out tomorrow.
The principle is exremely simple, building a functional unit is not too hard either but there are some tricks to building an efficient one.
Most of the one I have seen use catalyst to get a decent output, I like what Stan Meyers said about using catalyst; " Using catalyst is just someone's shortcut for being too lazy to do the proper engineering"!

Re: Just built an HHO cell and gonna try it out tomorrow.
Have all the parts to build the second cell gonna do that tomorrow and build a mounting bracket under the hood, if I can get it complete I will be testing to see if I can run without any petroleum.
I will have results either tomorrow evening or Thursday morning/afternoon.
I have decided to lower the price of kits to $150 + shipping.
