That flywheel will fit the engine however, the flywheel to use depends more upon the bellhousing, transmission and vehicle used, more then the engine fitment.

That flywheel is a monster. I believe it is only drilled for a 13 inch clutch, so your options there would be limited. It is also really heavy. I would find something else.
