There's a Cracker Barrel in Rockford, about 25 minutes away, I would be glad to set up something to entertain you fellas. I will keep my shirt on for it.

Too bad we don't have a Waffle House up here LOL!

Y'all got them Tim Hortons or something, right?

We have IHOP and Perkins or Texas Roadhouse... The Roadhouses usually have a line about a block long to get into on a Friday night though. Golden Corral has a pretty good buffet for decent price Old Country Buffet is iffy on their food as is Ponderosa.

Charlie had said something about possibly bringing some class III cars up for the event, and I think he may have a car to race Rich with if everything works out, but it's been awhile since I talked to him and Lem maybe the will jump in and let us know.

Been trying to register for 4 days now WTF? It keeps saying that the administrator has that closed.

Go on and bump Rich's thread about the race up! Wink

Think I might call all the radio stations and get some shameless plugs in!

I was looking at the MDRA rules they really screw up my 10.5 N/A class up but I think the 10.5 P/A class will still be good, and the bracket classes.

Very few cars in the MDRA will be scared of the blue car. Danny Kroll will go run a .60 w/o batting an eye....on a 275.

Eric you got it backwards, it will screw up your PA class, none of those guys are NA, and they are allowing big Tire cars up to 600 inches and wheelie bars in the 315 class also, and it pays 2k. To bad you can't reschedule. You are right, your bracket classes should be safe. Kroll went an 87 last time out.

I shouldn't have to even think about rescheduling, I can't believe BJ did this to me.

I have been advertising this race since 2011 so hopefully my efforts will still pay off.

I should think of this more like a reason for us Ford guys to get together which is the intent of the event in the first place. I had as much if not more fun last year just meeting people and seeing all the Fords at the track. With all the extra track prep for the radial cars it sure should be hooking good.

well for what it is worth i picked up a model 3800 battery back up liftmaster opener to give to one lucky sob at the race. chris sharf i would like to stick you with the honers of deciding who gets it. doesnt have to be a winner or anything else. it is your choice kinda of like editors choice prize.. .. then i will need a post office friendly address to ship it monday morning after the race. unfortunately my car is ripped apart at the moment so i will be working on it rather than be at the race....zbob...aka garage door bob
