Columbus Spring Swap NOT all FORD?

The Mid-Ohio Ford Club had it's first meeting after the summer break. I've been a member for about 5 years. Anyway the discussion about the Columbus Ohio Spring Swap came up and our club has been losing money and the 2012 Swap meet was pretty bad. It's possible we may have to close the Buckeye building to vendors. The 2013 Swap meet may not be effected but the possibility of allowing Mopars and chebys to 'join' us may be in our plans for the future

It's the economy for sure Terry imo. Please do whatever you need, too make this event possible. The Spring And Fall swap is always a good event. Carry on brother.

One thing you might keep in mind tho,is try to keep them seperated if at all possible.

X2 ... keep the Mopars and Chevrolets in a separate building from the Ford vendors.

The way they were talking was to put them in the Buckeye building as an experiment in 2014. They think it may be too late to get many 'foreign' vendors for next spring. MOF wants us to think about the problem and offer some suggestions at our next meeting Oct. 9.
Mixing the parts vendors seems to be a last resort.
