Just finshed an engine swap.currently have a 3 core 19 x 31 copper/brass stock radiator that while running at idle.the cap opening water temp is 170-175.Has excellent water flow. I believe the t-stat was a 180 or 190.mechanical fan good air flow. Has shroud but I am not done sealing it to the radiator.I cant help think there should be more heat removal from the radiator. So I am looking at a 2 core x 1" aluminum radiator 19x31 or a triple pass same size.I have heard some guys have had good luck with the double pass units but I dont want to be crossing a radiator hose from one side to the other. Any suggestions?
