cj block factory 4 bolt main can it handle more than other production blocks?

theres a std bore 429 cj 4 bolt factory block forsale local for 700 $

i was wondering if this thing will handle more power vs my 2 bolt block ?

i would like to think that 4 bolt block even know not splayed would have less cap walk than 2 bolt but didnt know if there was any gain to have this block .....i know 2 bolt blocks people argue if tunes right 900 hp all day but didnt know if these were capable of mre all things being equal .

Four bolt blocks are better than two bolt blocks.
