HELP WITH BARN FIND

ok fellas I need some help, I just got back from a barn find, I was at the auto parts and a guy is selling his motor so I went to look, its a 351 C 4-V and in great shape, it looks like it has been re ringed and bearinged, it has a single plane eddy tq. and a hyd crane cam I got the number off the head and block, the head number is D1ZE and the block is D2AE-CA and ikts a 4 bolt main block and has huge intake ports, I need to know whats it worth????????

Its worth whatever he can get.its a small market for 351c parts anymore.the 4 bolt block is well known to be thin and have issues when bored so its nothing to get too happy about.if the heads are closed chamber it'd be a plus IMO.somebody looking to restore a car would pay the most.a local craigslist add had a block for $450 and i've noticed a few 4v heads in the $3-400 per set.
