NEW Scat 4.500 4340 crank w/boss snout

I have a new never ran scat 4.500 forged crank with the short boss snout. It has been balanced but never installed. It has the knife edged counter weights. This crank was $1182 new. I don't have the funds to finish this engine, that's the reason for sale.
