Reusing tires with Rim Screws?

Thinking about changing the wheels on the truck, but I don't want to buy new tires, since the rears only have about 60 passes on them. Has anyone ever had an issue reusing tires with rim screws? I'm not sure if putting a second set of screw holes in the beads is really a good idea?

I've done it a bunch, you will never know the difference, what kinda wheels are you changing to????

Ok thanks for the replies, glad to know. Going to switch to either Weld V Series of Billet Specialties Comp 5's.
