I went to Terry's last week and picked up my parts. Wow, this guy is amazing. Did you know he made the bodies for Ronnie Sox' "Boss" Mercury Comet? He also did the body work for Scotty Cannon's pro mod '41 Willys and the '53 Studebakers. He still has the mold for the Comet front end and the whole body for the Cannon Willys'. He can make any fiberglass parts for any car. His Fairmont parts are top notch. Hotrodder himself with a really cool little Chevy powered rat rod he just finished and likes to putt around in and take to car shows. Cool guy and still kicking at 70 years young. Big buddies with Gene Fulton. They like to fly airplanes together.

going to be ran on Vp 113
inner springs out for cam break in on the dyno then some pulls , I will keep this updated with dyno sheet and pics

in the fairmont i will have to slow it up , going to use ezplate sytem . Plan is to run 10.50 index locally



My guess is right around 600hp maybe a little less

Tie down the suspension on the front end and get all that energy going forward and not up!! Looks good from here!

thinking of taking 90/10 out of the front and putting in some strange struts as well

going to try out a "W" tire 28x10.5w

New paint needs to be wet sanded and buffed , nothing crazy nason base with cromax axalta clear .....new ford Race red color.

new wheels from holeshot ..wanted to do somthing different , did it different with the shells black and teh centers polished
i dont know if i have it in me to drill these lol for slicks

Looks like you have everything coming together and looking good.I would have a hard time drilling those wheels.With the PBR they recommend not drilling for rim screws.

i know thats one direction im leaning but , at the end of the day the rims dont win the race nor does drilling or not. I just know running an index i need to go A to B consitant but im really on fence .

28x10.5 stiff side wall slick or tubes ( drill rims)
28x10.5 PBR with hytack

strange singles up front
qa1 single coilovers in rear
all team z double adj contril arms

coming slower than i wanted but should all be done by end of the year and ready to race in April

engine is done , getting put on the dyno next week or weekend depending on my schedule

Engine dynoed today

Peak #s 649hp at 6300 -6400
Tq was 580 4300 -4500 range

Just got off phone with him don't have graphs to post
Picking up engine in a couple weeks when I get back from vacation.

Happy it didn't come apart lol this time .

I'm very pleased with power and tq , engine builder couldn't believe the tq and that was using solid lifter
