piston question Empty piston question

Do they make a tool to cut valve reliefs in pistons or do I need to take them back to machine shop? I had the pistons cut so they would be at zero deck & know I have zero clearance on exhaust valve. The intake relief is much deeper & is fine.

Do you think I could do it with pistons in engine if I used a shop vac while I was cutting?

yes bring the piston TDC and put grease around the piston and put cutter in the head and cut just make sure you cut slowly and make sure you know how deep you are going.... try to make each the same.... after lower the piston slowly and wipe the grease. should be ok....
