BBF oil pump question

What is the height difference between a rear sump oil pump & a front sump oil pump. I believe the front sump pump is taller, but I'm not sure by how much. Thanks

The PUMPS are the same...the pickups are what's different.

Ever try to bolt a front sump pickup onto a rear sump pump?

The rear sump pump 'looks' shorter, but I've never actually had them side by side.

Only if you're looking at a truck pump.

Assuming both front and rear pumps in question are either high volume or standard volume, then the overall heights between the pumps are the same. It's the mounting point of the pickup tube's flange that is at a different height betwen the F & R pump styles.
