Spring rate question

What spring rate would you guys order with a tub. K-member kit. I am going with the upr stuff and they give you a choice of springs. This car (1984 Mecury Capri) was 3250 with driver and a iron head 429 and C6. The new engine will have aluminum heads and car is going on a diet (along with me 
) I am shooting for 2700-2800 with driver. Any input would be helpful.

From what I have read most ppl say 175# 14" that's what I'm running on my 460 fox with iron heads
