Block going to the machine shop today
Spent about 8 hours on my replacement block. It's been deburred, all threads chased, Paul Kane's oiling mods including the distributor gear oil hole, installed stand pipes in the lifter valley vents, and removed all casting flash.
The block will be bored .060" over and honed to fit my new Diamond pistons and the main bearing saddles will be align honed as well.
