blown blower
Well look what we found in the blower. A nice big crack in a rotor. I guess if you look on the bright side it didnt grenade the new motor.
this blower hasnt been run since it was at Geradot's in Ft wayne to be restripped......At the very LEAST Geradot did NOT inspect this blower, so they got 300 bucks to store it for a month. NICE.
well they did re strip it.
So now I need a new blower....

Re: blown blower
Been reading about this problem recently on methanoltech.com.
It happens to the Kobelco K8 and K9 rotors with the big hole in them.

Re: blown blower
How could they possibly re-strip the rotor and not see that big crack. I would email them the pics and I would be calling them to ask how they missed it? Maybe they will refund some of your wasted cash.
