NASCAR's "new" old rear deck spoiler......

So why are the NASCAR guys change their mind again & going back to the "new" old style rear deck spoiler after all the earlier hype the new design rear deck wing got for the "car of tomorrow"?

I think the main reason is for when they are turned around backwards the wing creates lift and the back of the car goes up then usually over.

Maybe some of those in charge in the Nascar ranks finally figured out that besides producing lift when the car gets turned around having a big whale tail spoiler makes them look silly.

I think it was more to do with the fact that they couldnt put the mandatory coffee can exhaust c/w angry bee exhaust noise, and retarded neon lights shining underneath the car, when running such a wing.

Jeeeez you would think since these type race cars do get turned around quite often, that's something someone at NASCAR with 1/2 a brain cell would have thought to look into before all the money was spent by the teams.

The reason that they took so long to figure out the problems with the spoiler is because Nascar is run by the inept.
