Pat I ended up painting them.
I went the cheap route and alreday have some scratches and paint bubbles.
You live and learn I guess.

Wow, those turned out great!! Nice work.

Are you running an engine plate? I would think rubber mounts would let the out-side the frame headers move quite a bit under load.

Looks real nice. Do you plan on running mufflers? I was told the Hooker Fox body headers would work on a 2wd truck with a little work. Yours turned out very good though.

Bill it has some home built solid mounts.
Droppedf100 I planned it to be a track only deal. If I decide to do any street use I'll have to hunt some up.

Our town has it's annual car show cruise night this saturday. I thought about making a lap through town with open headers once or twice.
The police are fairly cool on this night as long as you don't get stupid.
