1999 Model 40’ Enclosed Gooseneck Trailer Empty 1999 Model 40’ Enclosed Gooseneck Trailer

Post  D. Sea June 8th 2010, 11:57 am

SOLD

1999 Model 40’ Enclosed Gooseneck Trailer Manufactured by Southwest Expressline & purchased from Trailer World in Bowling Green KY (I have title in hand).

Triple axles with brakes and aluminum 15” Wheels. Diamond plate floor, Superwinch, Hydraulic jack (and manual) with deep cycle battery (2 years old). Plumbed front to back for compressed air (no compressor). Wired, front to back, for 120V along with fluorescent lighting and Air conditioning (Will freeze you out of the trailer).

I purchased this trailer in 2008 in order to haul Two race cars to the track. Both cars (A Fox Body and a 70 Mustang - Guess it depends on the size of the cars). It has a few minor bumps and scratches (Typical wear). The chrome latches have some surface rust (again typical wear from Elements etc…)

32 feet of car storage and 8 feet of gooseneck storage. Generator door in the gooseneck has some water damage to the bottom (Wood)

Looking to downsize to a 28’ Enclosed Race Car trailer to tow behind an RV and/or a Truck.

price dropped to $9400 on Racing Junk but if one of you guys wanted the trailer then I'd be more willing to negotiate.

I just installed Six new tires...

Damon,

I'm kicking around the idea of downsizing myself & selling my 2009 28' United UXT (w/ Finish Line Pkg) that I bought new last year. You may or may not remember seeing it @ the NMRA race in Bowling Green last year.

16" tires, 6000lb axles, diamond-plate floor throughout, electrical pkg and etc,.....

If you're interested, just let me know and I'll get you the exact specs on it.

Here's a pic when I picked it up at the factory,........

Jim,

That's kinda what I'm looking for so please let me know. I got your e-mail the other day about the BBF Registry but I don't have the rest of your information, please send it all again and thanks for the help Cool

Jon,

Just got off the phone with you about the trailer but if anyone else needs to know, with my car and Chuck's car there was maybe a foot or foot and a half from the back of Chuck's car to the trailer door. Enough for a few coolers or ??? setting inside the wheelie bars. The wheelie bars were nearly at the rear door.

Edit:

Jim,

Do you guys do any trade in deals?

1999 Model 40’ Enclosed Gooseneck Trailer Empty Trailers

Post  Rvesterby August 8th 2010, 7:39 pm

Damon - Keith

Cant tell from the thread where all this is presently situated

And not trying to get in between anybodys business

But I am in need of a 28 foot trailer - sounded like Keith maybe was selling

Let me know - I have a shorter V Nose to trade if anyone was interested or can purchase a 28 outright

Even have GPS to find my way to KY...........smile

Any leads appreciated - pretty much stuck with 28 foot so I can haul the car and golf cart - any longer and the trialer wont fit in my enlcoded 32 foot 8 inch storage

And JIm thanks for the reply on the new trailers where you work

Thanks
Ron in Houston Texas
