I have some used stockers over here. $20 + $11 shipping anywhere in the U.S. (USPS/Priority Mail Flat Rate). You clean it and paint it, if it matters.

just for your information the balancers are the same the Hatchet weight is on the slip on sleeve that goes behind the balancer.... for external balance Engines...
