I understand they dont want the public to get injured, but does this not seem ass backwards. The smugglers should be worried about the Americans, not the other way around. A Barrett and a steady hand would fix the problem.

I agree 100%. This country's in BIG trouble. And when you have a president (if that's what you wish to call him) and a congress like ours, that is willing to give America away at the snap of a finger, it makes it that much harder for people to do anything short of vigilantism to stop it. They abosolutely WILL NOT listen to the public (their bosses) and just keep doing things the way they see fit. I have sent emails, & made phone calls to both of my state's U.S. Senators, and not even a hint of a reply. Yet, everytime I send a message to our lone congressman, I'll have a reply within days. The people of this once great country HAD BETTER start paying attention and do it fast! We may not have until November to get something done in this country. THAT's what's wrong with this country. The people have gotten so spoiled and too laid back by the lifestyle we've been handed down by past generations, that most of the people are like zombies. Like the rancher in Arizona that was capturing these illegals and holding them at gunpoint for the authorities to come and pick them up; These illegals hired an "AMERICAN LAWYER" to represent them in a lawsuit against the rancher for violation of their rights!!!????? Shocked

I think these illegals should be made examples of. If they're using armed escort to come here and to transport their drugs here, then they should be met with armed American's and stopped dead in their tracks. I'd leave a few of them hangin' on the border fence as a prime example of what's gonna happen! You break the law, and disrespect authority the way these so-called people do, the ONLY warning you're gettin' is what you see hangin' from the fence where you're thinkin' about doin' what they did.

It's gettin' so bad up here, that people are hangin' their flags at half-staff in rememberance of "our" once great nation. Yes indeed, I'd say this country's in BIG trouble. It's too bad the presidential election isn't in November as well. Evil or Very Mad

Just gotta love how we treat these people. We welcome them with open arms, give them food, shelter, and medical care. How do we get repaid, by stealing, bringing drugs, and taking advantage of our kindness. I have no problem with these people wanting a better life, but they are bringing their problems with them unintentionally. We need to fix a lot of problems, and shooting every drug dealer, pimp, and drug mule would be a good start. We need a stronger deterent than just slapping them on the wrist and telling them "no no bad dog". I don't thinik this to be cruel or inhuman punishment at all, just desserts for ruining peoples lives. Neutral

I agree about 90% Doug but ..................... all this did not start with the Obama administration. It has bee getting worse little by little and year by year. The reason a LOT of the ILLEGALS are over here in the first place is that there are people here in the good ol USA who will hire them. So lets start with the Americans who entice them to come here. They want to hire illegals then they should be put out of buisiness period. One time fine deal, real stiff monetary penalty then your out of business and serve prison time as well as the illegal they hired. Not some slap on the wrist shit. Then they ought to be put on a border fence crew to build a fence helping protect the border. Shoot a couple of them who try to come across and let them know this aint no free ride here.

Let an American tresspass in another country and they are jailed or tortured and killed. What the hell is wrong with this??

That's right Travis, it didn't start with Obama's regime. But he IS more willing to put the concrete shoes on this country than alot of the others have been. I don't feel that ANYONE, American or otherwise, that is helping these people should be delt with with any kind of fine. This type of leaniancy, should be avoided right now. ZERO TOLERANCE!!! I do agree though that any that are caught here illegally, should be put on a work force to build the border fence, and if/when they're caught helping any of their compadre's across the border, they'll be dropped, stone dead in their tracks! Right next to one another. That's right! Treat ANY of them the way they say they'll treat us for the same offense.

I agree Rob. We need to stop being so kind and leanient to these people. I think if they ran across a few of their own, face down in the desert, on their way here, it could make for a fine deterent. Put some of our country's finest long range shooters out there on their travel routes for a few days. Bullets are cheap. Wink

And people seem to understand their meaning reasonably quick. I was watching a hunting program on the Outdoor Channel a little while ago (The Best of The West I believe) and they were hunting Coues Deer in Arizona, when they wrere glassing from a hilltop and spotted a bunch of armed illegals sneaking through the valley below them. Jeremy Winters, (the hunter) was more than eager to put a stop to them, but they decided to pass on such an event in order to finish their hunt. i dont recon anyone will ever find out. we canadians report to the Border guard with the proper paperwork, go shopping, than go home (usually the same day)

going down is never the problem. Although going through US customs at the Winnipeg Airport is quite the deal. They got a couple of guys there that need to be on the South US border. They dont F(*& around. All i can say is you better have your shit straight or they pull out the paperwork for your refund from the airline, and you get to walk back out to door you came in. Happened to a young couple ahead of me, and almost happend to me when i was 19 or so. Reason.....didnt have enough money on me.

I live in a small town, where blue barry farming is big. 10yrs ago a farmer could hire mexicans for way less than they could local workers, so it started with farmer greed! MORE PROFIT!
Once the mexians get a lock on the industry they have them by the balls, now they name their price for labor & the farmers are crying foul. I'm not even going into the strain they put on our local hospitals. O' ya, our stores have record beer sales!LOL

Working at a big Ford Dealersip in parts ,I see more and more than my fair share of them.They'll come to the counter and the first thing they ask me is ,Do you speak-a-spanish.Yeh....were really having a hard time with them.It seems like every month its more and more of them.And then on top of that they want to buy it wholesale,by giving me some ficticous garage name.We always ask them for a tax number and bussiness licsense.They never have either one.You can tell the legit ones,they speak good english.Most don't even understand a damn word you are saying.They usually bring a translator with them.I'm with the rest you guys about going after the ones who give them the jobs,and use our American money to send back across the border.Go after them and go after them hard!!!!!
