where can i find a serpentine belt setup for my bb street rod?

At the local salvage yard. The later 90's models came from the factory with them.

while your there kicking around scrounge up a E4OD with a 460 bell..............

how do i deal with the electronic part of the c6 ? mainly shifting it.

The only part of a C6 that is electronic in any way is the connection for the reverse light.
