I need help asap !!!!

my wife wont quit snoring ........ all freakin night long ....... i havent had a good nights sleep in years ....... i have even kicked her into the guest bedroom ......(those are usually the best nights) but then i feel bad .....

any advice

I ain't touchin' this one....call Dan-O...he is the MAn.
He will know exactly what to do.

Earplugs worked for me.

No matter how much you yell at her, and how much she tries, she cannot simply stop snoring. Earplugs, or if its that bad break out some duct tape.

Maybe she should try putting one of those things on her nose (looks like a bandaid) that is supposed to help you breathe better when your asleep and stop snoring.

Everytime she wakes you up...poke a little fun at her Nick It's a win-win situation

Snoring is a medical condition and you need to get the Mrs. to a doctor. There are treatments that will stop the snoring; not just so YOU can sleep but she isn't getting REM level sleep either and that will affect her health long term.

If that dosen't work; get the "bunny ears" out of the race trailer and wear them to bed

I've got one that punches in her sleep sometimes lol

make a weird noise , loud, just for a split sec, it will wake her up, this works, because she will not sleep,and she will fix the problem,ake doctor, ect..... plus it's fun

Nick get some snore away and give her I herd it works but that is hear say I don't know I always just give mine a elbow when she wakes me up and wake her up I know that is mean but she quites long enough for me go back to sleep.

X2 I agree. I snored for years and kept the whole house awake , then found out I had sleep apnea, doc put me on machine and I dont snore anymore. Not sayin this is the problem but she does need to see the doc.

That was on #1 on my list before I got married again. If they snorred or bitched,they were eliminated.

have her try some "Breathe Right" strips..they work pretty good

I snore too, the wife got Ambien and now she doesn't tell me to STFU anymore! My snoring got alot better after I quit smoking but I still do every once in a while (snore that is). Some claim breath right strips work but I think Poppa Bear hit the nail on the head here. Gotta get momma to the doc to see whats going on.

Take her to sleep clinic , man thats the best thing I ever did I use to wake up all night and trying to catch my breath it is a serious health problem. My blood pressure dropped and I sleep all night long. Dont think there is not of women with this problem when I went there was about 25 people in there and 2/3 were women.

If she has sleep apnea, it is also dangerous. During a sleep study you will find out how many times a night she quits breathing, people can and have died from that. I just seen this on TV this morning, don't know if it works or not, never seen it before,

We put chillie powder on my friends tongue while he was asleep. That was funny.

Bruno have her start with her primary MD explain the problem and request a referal to a pulmanologist for sleep studys,It is a medical condition if it is sleep apnea it is linked to other serious conditions wt gain congestive heart failure depression at the very least it makes you feel like crap no energy ha's ect. Most people think someone is sleeping good because of the snoreing when in fact they are being deprived of oxygen. It can act, be pretty serious if it is left untreated for a lon period of time. Symptoms include sleeping normal hr's but never feeling rested waking self snoreing or gasping for air ,wakeing with a head ach,trouble becoming alert in the morning. Maybe this helps Ward

my wife is on bp med's , so her doc just change her bp med and if that didnt help they were going to send her in for more tests .......

I found out that I sleep better if I don't gorge myself at dinner every night. I realized I just didn't have to eat that much. I sleep much better now and have even lost some weight. I just couldn't get to sleep with all of that food in my gut pushing on my lungs, etc...

Now, if I eat too much, or too late I can actually tell when I don't get a good night's sleep.

Maybe you guys eat too late?
