I have a 429 bored .030 over, flattop pistons, d3 heads home ported with big valves, solid flat tappet cam 260 intake dur. at .050 262 exhaust dur. at .050 and 645 intake lift 645 exhaust lift on 110 LS, 950 carb, 3,000 stall, c-6 trans, 3.73 gears, in a fox mustang, will be street driven as a weekend warrior and about 5 - 10 trips to the dragstrip.

I already have a weiand stealth, should I put a victor on instead?

Stealth will work or if you need hood clearance a torker 2 might work well for you to.

A victor or any single plane isn't really an ideal intake for street driving. What you have is good , but kinda tall for a Fox body w/bbf.

RICK ... the cam is 260°@.050" so the RPM range of a 2 plane down low won't matter anyway. Realisticly, the cam is way to big for the intended purpose.

I figured the cam is about 10* at .050 too big for the given application, but I had it laying around and figured I would use it and see how it acted in the smaller cubic inch engine.

From what I read on the description of the cam it said use a 3,500 stall, lower gears, 10.5:1 compression, limited street use, rpm range 3,000 - 6,800.

Thank you guys for the input, I will stick with the stealth intake.
