C4 Issues

So, in my bronco I have a 351W/C4/Dana 20 set up, everything seemed to be working fine. 4th of July weekend I was having some issues at the track using the air shifter, it wasn't pulling into 2nd gear, but I thought the bottle pressure was too low. I tried shifting it manually and it skipped right to 3rd from 1st. Based on that, I knew I had trouble, so just loaded it up and brought it home. After about 2 weeks of sitting in the trailer, I was getting it out to give it a bath and look everything else over, and reverse is good, but nobody home in any forward gear. I'm just sick of looking at it at this point, but anyone got some ideas what could be/or is wrong with my C4??
It is supposedly a Performance Automatic piece, with the PA deep pan, and servo on it and a PA converter.

X2 or possibly a planetary.
